With all LVM Electronics alarm installations, the equipment is yours the day of install.  No long term contracts.  We also warranty the installation (equipment and labor) for two years.  Alarm monitoring is available for $25.00/month billed quarterly.  And, we monitor right here in Dayton, Ohio.
